Recent changes in the legal profession have polarised the legal services marketplace. Many regional firms of solicitors have
responded by forming a coalition with other similar firms and rebranding themselves as a "national" practice. Characteristically
such firms have a number of offices, a high staff head count and corresponding overheads. Clearly such overheads must be passed
on to the Client by way of the fee structure.
Other firms have responded by developing "niche" practices. This approach has proved to be successful in America where small
firms, often sole practitioners, offer representation in specialised areas of law. These firms often draw their staff from
the larger practices and rely heavily upon information technology to service the needs of their Clients.
We take the view that our Clients would rather pay for the quality of our service than our offices; consequently we work to
the American system of providing high quality service in a cost effective manner. We have offices in the Altrincham area of South
Manchester and have consulting rooms in London and throughout the North West of England. We provide a personal and informal
service to our Clients, which is based upon excellent experience and training.
We are confident that we offer an economic solution to the needs of our Clients with no compromise in the quality of our service.
